Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:

Advance payment is mandatory to confirm booking.

Remaining balance must be cleared after the event.

2. Cancellation & Refund:

Cancellation within 7 days: partial refund applicable.

Advance payment is non-refundable after confirmation.

Event rescheduling allowed based on availability.

3. Timings & Duration:

Show / service duration will be strictly followed.

Extra time available on request with additional charges.

4. Venue & Setup:

Client is responsible for providing the venue.

Setup & dismantling time should be considered.

5. Safety & Responsibility:

Safety of organisers and guests is the client’s responsibility.

Guardian supervision required for kids’ activities.

6. Change of Services:

Any change in package or add-ons must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Photography / Videography Rights:

Organiser reserves the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes.

8. Force Majeure / Weather & Climate Conditions:

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to extreme weather, climate changes, natural disasters, political events, or unforeseen circumstances.
